募集要項
Location: North East, Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to boost performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to support sales direction.
- Set clear work guidelines and monitor team effectiveness.
- Support the team in solving problems and closing deals.
- Retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and team supervision.
- Experience in TT/MT channels is required.
- Background in construction materials or hardware is a plus.
- Able to travel upcountry; knowledge of Northeastern region is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Service-minded, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Own a car and a valid driver’s license.
