Position Summary

• Title: Solution Owner – Senior Manager

• Location: Tokyo, 23 Wards

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary: From ¥10,000,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bonus: Paid in addition to base salary

About the Role

Our client, a leading consulting and tech-driven firm, is looking for a Solution Owner who can bridge business and technology to drive large-scale agile transformations.

You'll work with cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders to define strategy, lead delivery, and guide digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver product vision and strategy, aligning business value with technical feasibility

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, business, executives, customers) to achieve goals

• Be an agile evangelist and change agent, promoting agile practices across the enterprise

• Support pre-sales, business planning, and solution design with an IT and business lens

• Continuously improve services via agile iteration and hands-on leadership

【応募資格】

必須条件：

• IT系職種での経験7年以上（例：プロダクトマネージャー、プロジェクトマネージャー、プログラムマネージャーなど）

• アジャイル開発／ソフトウェアデリバリーにおける成功実績

• ITシステム・ソフトウェア開発・DevOpsへの理解

• 経営層・事業責任者と連携し、戦略を実行に落とし込めるビジネス理解力

• リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、変化に強いマインドセット

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（N1）

• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

歓迎条件：

• アジャイル関連資格（Scrum Master、PMI-ACP、SAFe、ICAgileなど）

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years in IT roles (e.g., Product Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager)

• Strong technical background (IT systems, software engineering, DevOps)

• Deep business acumen and experience translating strategy into action

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Japanese: Fluent/N1

• English: Business-level or above

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ICAgile, etc.)
