Position Overview
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role owns day-to-day AP and core accounting operations, monthly/quarterly/annual close activities, tax-related preparations, intercompany, and fixed-asset management. You will help keep payments accurate and timely, maintain clean reconciliations, and partner with the Accounting Manager to find cost-reduction and process-efficiency opportunities.

スキル・資格
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on accounting experience
Nisshō Boki (Japan Chamber of Commerce Bookkeeping) Level 2 passed
Practical English for accounting work (目安 TOEIC 730+)
Intermediate Excel (IF, LOOKUP functions, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
ERP experience (e.g., Infor M3) and expense systems (Rakuraku Seisan, Concur)
System implementation or migration experience
Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders (email/meetings in English)
Personal Attributes
Proactive, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong internal/external communication skills
Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities; detail-oriented
Interest in outdoor/lifestyle products is a plus
