• 日本市場の新製品導入、およびサプライチェーン計画全般を統括
• オペレーションの各チームをまとめ、サプライチェーン・プロジェクトをリード
• 新製品の上市の準備を主導し、マイルストーンを確実に達成していくこと
• 需要予測と供給実績のモニタリング・分析、リスクや改善機会を特定
• GDP（医薬品の適正流通ガイドライン）や変更管理等コンプラインス要件の遵守の徹底
• サプライチェーン部長の指示に基づき、戦略やプロジェクトを推進
• 課題の適切なエスカレーション
• SKU作成、SAP設定、アートワーク管理
• 税務・財務・物流フローの確認・実行
  

We are seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in leading new product introduction (NPI) and supply chain planning for Japan. This position directly supports strategic initiatives and ensures compliant, efficient, and innovative supply chain operations. You will work cross-functionally, shaping launch readiness and driving improvements across a global network.

• Take direct ownership of new product introduction and end-to-end supply chain planning for Japan.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects within Japan OPS.
• Manage new product launch readiness, ensuring on-time execution for milestones.
• Monitor and analyze demand forecasts vs. supply performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee adherence to GDP and compliance requirements.
• Drive strategic initiatives and manage projects assigned by the Supply Chain Director.
• Support SKU creation, SAP setup, artwork management, and financial flows.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 製薬業界のサプライチェーン、CMC、またはPDCS経験
• 新薬の上市経験
• サプライチェーンのプランニング経験
• 新製品導入においてクロスファンクショナルチームをリードした経験
• SAPなどのERP使用経験

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、関係構築力、ステークホルダーとの交渉能力
• 複数タスクを同時に管理・進行できること
• プロセス改善、プロジェクトマネジメント
• イニシアチブを発揮し変革をリードする力

• Strong background in pharmaceutical supply chain, CMC, or PDCS.
• Proven track record in product launches within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in supply chain planning and cross-functional leadership.
• Skilled at stakeholder negotiation and multitasking in complex environments.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead change, take initiative, and drive process improvement.
• Effective project management and problem-solving abilities.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
