• 複数法人の財務・会計業務を統括し、正確な財務報告と国際基準・国内基準の遵守を確保

• 年次予算策定をリードし、グローバルの戦略目標と整合性を確保
  
• 月次業績をモニタリングし、改善提案を行い、ビジネス目標達成をサポート

• Oversee finance and accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global and local standards
• Provide senior management with actionable financial insights to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth

• Monitor monthly performance, deliver in-depth analysis, and guide management toward achieving business targets
• Drive process improvements, compliance initiatives, and finance transformation to strengthen efficiency and operational excellence

必須条件 経験・知識：

• 外資系企業や多国籍子会社での財務・会計経験10年以上
• 財務報告、予算策定、税務、監査対応の実務経験
• 原価計算、財務変革プロジェクトのリード経験

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in multinational subsidiaries
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and audit
• Proven track record in cost accounting and finance transformation initiatives

• Growth-oriented mindset with curiosity and innovation
• Strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and trust
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with financial insights

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business level

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Japan tax regulations
• Experience with financial reporting, cost accounting, and audit processes
• Exposure to global finance collaboration and transformation projects
