• デジタルサービス開発プロジェクトの計画・推進・管理（企画〜リリースまで）
• ビジネス要件・技術要件の収集・定義、またそのためのステークホルダー連携
• 開発メンバーのアサイン、進行管理、ベンダーの管理
• エンジニア・デザイナー・ビジネスチーム間のファシリテーション
• QAプロセスのマネジメント（テスト計画・ドキュメント作成・レビュー）

• Plan, lead, and deliver digital service development projects from concept to launch.
• Gather and define technical and business requirements in coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage development resources, timelines, and vendor contributions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Oversee QA processes including test planning, documentation, and validation reviews.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• Web/アプリ領域のプロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロダクトマネジメント経験5〜7年目安
• ステークホルダーと連携してビジネス・技術両面の要件を整理し、定義できること
• プロダクト＆エンジニア側の橋渡しができる、部署横断的なコミュニケーション能力
• Slack、Backlog、GitHub、Notion、Google Workspace等の使用経験

• 5-7 years of experience in project or product management within digital service or application development.
• Proven ability to define requirements and collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience managing outsourced development or vendor relationships is a plus.

• Basic understanding of backend development languages and modern tech stacks.
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Backlog, GitHub, Notion, and Google Workspace.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a continuous learning mindset.

• Japanese: Native level (essential for internal and external communication)
• English: Intermediate to business level

• Experience with web direction or digital product development in a cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX collaboration workflows and tools.
