• Manage day-to-day HR operations to improve engagement within IT teams
• Plan and execute IT and digital talent acquisition strategies, including new graduate hiring
• Use IT-specific employee surveys to plan and deliver engagement initiatives
• Design and deliver e-learning and in-person training programs for IT skill development
• Create and manage development programs for new and junior employees

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 人材開発/能力開発、または採用業務の経験3〜5年程度
• 金融・IT・人事分野への高い関心

ソフトスキル：

• 3-5 years in talent development and/or recruitment
• Strong interest in the finance and IT sectors and contributing to business growth
• Excellent communication and planning skills to coordinate with departments and vendors

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Conversational to business-level proficiency

• Experience in both recruitment and HR development functions
• Understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle management in tech environments
