Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the seasoning food business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job descriptions:

• Visiting to new customers, introducing products, and dealing with sales contract.
• Maintaining existing client and building up good customer’s relationship.
• Proposals to food processing, meat, seafood, and seasoning manufacturers.
• Preparing quotations and other necessary documents.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Reporting to supervisors and preparing daily and monthly reports.
