• 新卒・中途・派遣社員の採用業務全般
• 社内研修の企画・実施（リーダーシップ・コンプライアンス・英語・新入社員オリエンテーション等）
• 新入社員のオンボーディング支援と定着促進
• パフォーマンスマネジメント、人材開発プログラムの運用
• 人事データの収集・分析、レポーティング
• 社内コミュニケーションやエンゲージメント向上施策の推進

Join a global leader in automotive manufacturing as an HR Generalist and play a central role in driving recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for HR professionals passionate about supporting people and contributing directly to business success in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for new graduates, mid-career hires, and temporary staff
• Design and deliver internal training programs, including leadership, compliance, and English skills
• Onboard and support new employees to enhance retention and integration
• Manage employee performance processes and talent development initiatives
• Collect and analyze HR data for effective reporting and decision-making
• Facilitate internal communication and promote employee engagement

必須条件 経験・知識：

• 人事/HR分野の実務経験
• コンサル、企画、ソリューション営業など、課題解決型の業務経験

• 主体的に課題を設定し、実行できる自走力
• 人事として会社の成長に貢献する意欲
• 業務や最新のHRトレンドやスキルなどを自ら学び、自分・チームの成長につなげられる方
  

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル
• 英語： ビジネス初級〜中級レベル（読み書きや社内会議対応）

• メーカー、製造業での勤務経験
• 採用・研修・オンボーディング・パフォーマンスマネジメントの知識や経験
• 人事データ分析や数値管理のスキル

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in consulting, planning, or solution-focused roles

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Strong analytical ability to work with HR data and metrics

Soft Skills:

• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and initiative
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Japanese: Fluent (Native-level)
• English: Intermediate to Business-level

• Demonstrated interest in contributing strategically to HR's role in business success
