• デジタル系のプロジェクトのリード（納期・予算・進行管理まですべて）
• プロジェクトスコープの定義、技術文書の作成、制作計画の策定

A globally recognized digital agency is seeking a Web Director in Tokyo to lead major international and domestic web projects. You will oversee end-to-end digital project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. • Lead full-cycle digital projects, overseeing delivery, budgeting, and timelines
• Define project scopes, manage technical documentation, and production planning
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and account teams across global campaigns

• Plan and implement CMS strategies, site maintenance, and long-term operations

必須条件 経験・知識：

• Web広告代理店や制作会社でWeb・LP・マイクロサイトに携わった経験
• デジタル系のプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上及びその実績
• サイトの構築・運用経験
• CMSプラットフォーム（AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentfulなど）の実務経験
• フロントエンド技術、Git、REST APIの理解
• スケーラブルな情報設計（IA）スキル
• Jira、MS Project、Smartsheet等プロジェクトツールを使いこなせること

• 自発性、セルフスターター（Go-getter）

• Figmaがわかれば尚可

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（母国語でない場合N2目安）

Experience:

• 5+ years in web, microsite, or landing page production within digital agencies or production teams
• 3+ years of digital project management experience, ideally handling large-scale websites (3,000+ pages)
• Proven background in cross-functional coordination (e.g., engineers, SNS, software dev)

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, etc.)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, version control (Git), and REST APIs
• Skilled in information architecture and scalable web application planning
• Proficient with project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet; Figma a plus

Soft Skills:

• Go-getter, self-starter, and results-oriented mindset
• Clear communicator with strong project leadership ability

• Japanese: N2 or higher
• English: Business-level proficiency

• Experience in multilingual or multicultural project environments
• Chinese language ability is a plus
