• 保険業務のガバナンスおよびリスク管理の推進
• 第1線のリスク管理（Line 1b）の運営と改善
• エラー管理、RCSA（リスク自己評価）、内部統制の検証

• アジア・北米の関係者とのグローバル会議やプロジェクトへの参加

Join a leading global insurance firm in Tokyo as a Risk Governance Manager. In this high-impact role, you will drive governance and risk control initiatives across local operations, while collaborating with regional teams in Asia and North America. • Lead governance and operational risk control activities within insurance operations
• Manage first-line independent risk oversight (Line 1b)
• Oversee incident/error tracking, RCSA execution, and internal control validation
• Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and business quality assessments
• Participate in local and global risk projects and stakeholder meetings
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration

必須条件

経験・資格：

• オペレーショナルリスク、ガバナンス、内部監査、コンプライアンスなどの業務経験5年以上
• MS Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）

• 保険会社、金融、コンサルティング会社でのオペリスク、内部監査、ガバナンス等の経験
• 保険会社のオペレーション経験（特に第一線や生命保険領域）
• プロセス改善や内部管理、ビジネスプランニングの経験
• SOX、内部統制、財務リスクコントロールの知識
• CIAやCPAなどの関連資格保有者優遇

Experience:

• 5+ years in operational risk, internal audit, governance, or compliance
• Background in financial services or consulting preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

• Strong ethical judgment and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Japanese: Native or Fluent
• English: Business level

• Experience in insurance operations, especially first-line or life insurance
• Knowledge of SOX, financial controls, internal control frameworks
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) are a plus
