グローバル大手にて日本の投資銀行部門＆法人金融部門の事業戦略を担当します。

シニアビジネスマネージャーとして国内外のシニアステークホルダーと密接に連携しながら業績向上を推進し、地域に大きな影響を与えるビジネス施策をリードする役割を担っていただきます。

• 日本およびAPAC地域のビジネス戦略を策定・実行
• 各国やリージョンの経営陣やシニアステークホルダーとの連携
• KPI、収益、コストに関するパフォーマンス指標のモニタリング、分析、改善提案
• 予算、業績予測、要員／リソース計画の作成・管理
• 部署横断的なプロジェクトの調整（オペレーション、コンプライアンス、IT部門など）
• グローバル/リージョンの経営陣向けのレポートや戦略プレゼンテーションの作成
• 規制対応や内部統制支援、社内基準の管理など

A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Manager to support its Investment and Corporate Banking division in Japan. This strategic role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and lead key business initiatives with regional impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with country and APAC leaders to shape and implement business strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights on KPIs, revenue, and cost.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and workforce/resource planning cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving operations, compliance, and tech.
• Prepare executive-level reports and strategic presentations.
• Support governance and ensure regulatory compliance across business functions.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 国際的な金融機関（外資系、日系グローバル企業いずれでも可）における投資銀行業務、戦略、財務、またはビジネスマネジメント経験10年以上
• 戦略的プロジェクトの主導やビジネスオペレーション管理における実績
• 財務企画、レポーティング、分析力

ソフトスキル：

• 戦略的思考力を持ち、ステークホルダーとの調整およびコミュニケーション能力に優れている
• 細部に注意を払い、協調性があり、課題に対して能動的かつ解決志向で取り組める

語学力

• 英語：流暢（必須）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 日本語が流暢/ネイティブレベルなら尚可
• ExcelおよびPowerPoint上級、BIツールの使用経験歓迎
• 金融規制やガバナンスの専門知識や関連実績

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• 10+ years in investment banking, strategy, or business management in a global financial institution.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects and managing business operations.
• Strong command of financial planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tool experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• Japanese: Business level or above (preferred)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory processes and financial governance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or Business.
