Lead a transformation in Japan's home delivery network with one of the world's most innovative e-commerce companies. As a Program Manager, you will design and oversee operations that integrate local delivery partners and advanced logistics technology. This is a unique opportunity to improve customer experience, drive sustainability, and shape the future of last-mile delivery in Japan.

・Build and maintain strong relationships with new delivery partners
・Support partners in meeting compliance and delivery quality standards
・Ensure long-term profitability and sustainability of partner operations
・Improve safety, working conditions, and motivation for delivery drivers
・Resolve day-to-day operational challenges across functions
・Enforce standard operating procedures across the partner network
・Lead initiatives that improve the customer delivery experience

必須条件

経験・資格：

• プログラムまたはプロジェクトマネジメントの経験3年以上
• 多様な階層のステークホルダーと調整し、合意を形成した経験
• Excel中級レベル（ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUP、配列関数など）
• 大卒以上

ソフトスキル：

• 異文化チームと円滑にコミュニケーションをとり、協働できること

語学力：

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル必須
• 英語： 上級ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き・会話）

• 配送オペレーション（エンドツーエンド）のマネジメント経験
• プロセス改善を行い、成果を挙げた実績
• シニアマネジメントや経営陣への報告を行った経験

Experience:

• 3+ years in program or project management
• 3+ years driving process improvements and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proven success in stakeholder management across various levels

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Technical Skills:

• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, array formulas, etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Fluent (Business level)

• Experience managing end-to-end delivery operations
