主な業務内容

• 大型商品向けフルフィルメントネットワークの中長期戦略の立案・推進
• 全国スケールでの物流ネットワークトポロジーの設計と改善
• 配送品質・スピード・コストの最適化戦略の構築
• 国内外のクロスファンクショナルチームとの戦略調整・計画立案
• 需要予測チームと連携し、正確な顧客需要分析を実施
• 新規物流拠点におけるオペレーション要件の定義・仕様策定
• データ分析に基づいた業務改善や課題解決の推進

Join a global e-commerce leader as a Program Manager overseeing the logistics strategy for heavy and bulky goods. Based in Tokyo, you will define and lead the strategic network planning for large-scale product fulfillment. This role is critical to optimizing delivery quality, speed, and cost-efficiency, shaping the future of oversized item logistics across Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own short-to-long-term strategic plans for large-item logistics
• Design the end-to-end network topology for heavy and bulky fulfillment
• Improve delivery performance by optimizing delivery speed, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts on network planning
• Work closely with forecasting teams to analyze demand and customer needs
• Contribute to the development of new fulfillment site requirements and layouts
• Identify operational improvements through data analysis and problem solving

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 学士号取得（4年制大学卒）
• プロジェクト／プログラムマネジメント経験3年以上
• 技術系・非技術系を含む部門横断的な業務経験3年以上
• プログラムの企画立案、要件定義、実行・納品においての実績

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話に支障がないこと）

テクニカルスキル：

• Excel中級スキル（ピボット、VLOOKUP、チャート作成、論理関数など）
• 指標や予測モデルを活用したデータドリブンな意思決定能力
  
  

ソフトスキル：

• 高いステークホルダーマネジメント力と問題解決能力

経営層とのコミュニケーション経験を活かした効果的な対話力

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in program or project management
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration (technical & non-technical teams)
• Proven success in program scoping, requirement definition, and delivery

Technical Skills:

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, formulas)
• Data-driven decision-making using metrics and forecasting models

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with senior leadership experience

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end logistics projects and building strategic frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills, SQL knowledge a plus
• Experience in a global or multicultural working environment
