主な業務内容

• 物流拠点の立ち上げ、統合、閉鎖プロジェクト全体のリード
• オペレーション・不動産チームと連携し、物件の実現可能性調査を実施
• プロジェクトのスケジュール管理およびKPIモニタリング
• 課題解決およびリスク軽減をリードし、プロジェクトの推進力を維持
• 必要な建設・施設工事の手配および行政や外部関係者との交渉
• 新しい配送拠点（オルタナティブ輸送モデル対応）の立ち上げ
• 配送モデルの分析・検証を行い、成功事例を標準化しスケール展開

In this high-impact role, you'll lead initiatives from planning to execution-including launching, consolidating, or closing logistics points-while also pioneering new delivery models that support future-ready transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for planning and executing logistics site lifecycles
• Coordinate feasibility studies with Operations and Real Estate teams for potential properties
• Manage project timelines and track performance against operational goals
• Lead problem-solving and risk mitigation efforts while ensuring project momentum
• Oversee construction and facility fit-outs and handle external stakeholder negotiations
• Launch innovative delivery hubs tailored to alternative transport models
• Standardize and scale new delivery site models across the broader logistics network

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 4年制大学卒以上
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験3年以上
• 戦略立案から実行までをリードしたクロスファンクショナルチームでの実績

• データ分析および意思決定におけるExcelの高いスキル
• 計画立案、ファシリテーション、ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力

ソフトスキル：

• 主体的かつ課題解決志向のマインドセットと柔軟なリーダーシップ力
• 多様な社内外チームとの連携を推進する調整力

語学力:

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

Experience:
