戦略・ビジョン策定

• OSS/BSSシステムの戦略的ビジョン策定。
• デジタルトランスフォーメーションイニシアチブをリードし、アーキテクチャ設計を行い、TMフォーラムの標準とガイドラインの遵守を保証する。

アーキテクチャ設計：

• OSS/BSSエコシステムの全体像を策定・維持し、会社の戦略目標との整合性を確保する。スケーラブルで俊敏な通信オペレーションをサポートするITアーキテクチャを設計し、最適化する。
• 既存のITインフラとOSS/BSSソリューションの統合を指導する。

ネットワーク製品、ジャーニー、アプリケーションの知識

• テレコムアクセス/バックホールネットワーク、様々なネットワークトポロジー、5GモバイルサービスやVPNサービス、非地上ネットワークやクラウドPBXのための様々なネットワークノードに関する知識は必須。
• サービスフルフィルメント/サービスアシュアランスのテレコムジャーニーの知識が必須。
• ServiceNowのモジュールCSM、ITSM、TSOM、CMDBの知識が必須。
• Salesforceの知識があることが望ましい。

要件分析、ステークホルダーエンゲージメント、ベンダー管理

• ビジネスリーダー、プロダクトマネージャー、ITチームなどのステークホルダーと協業し、ビジネス要件の収集、分析、優先順位付けを行う。
• これらの要件をOSS/BSS機能を強化する技術的ソリューションに変換する。
• 上級管理職や外部パートナーにアーキテクチャの提案や戦略を提示する。
• OSS/BSSソリューションの評価、選択、実装のためにベンダーやサードパーティサービスプロバイダーと協力する。ベンダーとの関係を管理し、サービス・レベル・アグリーメントの遵守を保証する。

プロセスの最適化

• OSS/BSS領域におけるプロセス最適化の機会を特定する。ワークフローを合理化し、タスクを自動化し、ベストプラクティスを導入して業務効率を高めます。

技術評価

• 新たな通信技術や業界トレンドの最新情報を常に把握します。OSS/BSSの効率化、コスト削減、顧客体験の向上を実現するための新しいツール、プラットフォーム、ソリューションを評価し、推奨する。
• 標準化されたプロセスとシステムのために、FrameworxのようなTMフォーラムのフレームワークの採用を推進する。

チームリーダーシップ

• アーキテクト、エンジニア、アナリストを含むITプロフェッショナルチームにリーダーシップと指導力を提供し、イノベーションと卓越性の文化を醸成する。

ドキュメンテーションとコミュニケーション

• ダイアグラム、仕様書、技術標準などのアーキテクチャー文書を作成し、維持する。アーキテクチャー上の決定事項や推奨事項を技術的、非技術的な利害関係者に効果的に伝えることができる。

Strategy and Vision Development:

• Crafting a strategic vision for OSS/BSS systems that aligns with overall business goals.
• Leading the digital transformation initiatives, architectural design and ensuring adherence to TM Forum standards and guidelines.

Architectural Design:

• Develop and maintain a holistic view of the OSS/BSS ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Design and optimize the IT architecture to support scalable and agile telecom operations.
• Guiding the integration of OSS/BSS solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

Network Products, Journey, Application Knowledge:

• Knowledge on Telecom Access/Backhaul network, different network topologies, different network nodes for 5G Mobile service or VPN services or  Non-Terrestrial Network or Cloud PBX is mandatory. 
• Service Fulfilment/Service Assurance telecom journeys knowledge is mandatory.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow modules CSM, ITSM, TSOM, CMDB is mandatory.
• Salesforce knowledge is desirable.

 Requirements Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams, to gather, analyze, prioritise business requirements. 
• Translate these requirements into technical solutions that enhance OSS/BSS capabilities.
• Presenting architectural proposals and strategies to senior management and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate, select, and implement OSS/BSS solutions. Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization within the OSS/BSS domain. Streamline workflows, automate tasks, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Technology Evaluation:

• Stay current with emerging telecom technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and solutions to improve OSS/BSS efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Championing the adoption of TM Forum frameworks like Frameworx for standardized processes and systems.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, including architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Documentation and Communication:

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical standards. Effectively communicate architectural decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
• 15年～25年近いIT経験、エンタープライズアーキテクチャーにおける実績。
• 電気通信製品カタログ、モデリング標準、統合標準、ベストプラクティスを熟知していること。データモデリング技術およびツールに習熟し、ソフトウェア開発方法論（アジャイルを含む）に精通していること。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと効果的に協働する能力を備えた、優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル。
• 複雑なプロジェクトをリードし、遂行する能力を含むプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
• 強力な問題解決能力と戦略的思考。

日本語： ビジネス日本語レベル（日本語能力試験N2以上）、ビジネス英語レベル

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Nearly 15 to 25 years of IT experience, with a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of telecom product catalogues, modelling standards, Integration standards and best practices. Proficiency in data modelling techniques and tools with expertise in software development methodologies (including Agile).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience, including the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Japanese Language: Business Japanese level (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English
