主な業務内容

• IT機器および資産管理

• 社内ユーザーおよびベンダーとの連携によるシステム運用最適化

• プロジェクトのスコープ定義、スケジュール・リソース・予算管理

• ベンダーとの交渉および納期・品質管理

• プロジェクトの成果物管理と予算内・納期内での遂行

• IT関連ポリシー遵守の推進

Support Daily IT Operations and Drive Projects in a Bilingual Environment

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to provide internal technical support and manage IT assets, while also coordinating projects and vendor relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine end-user support with cross-functional IT project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all IT-related hardware and software assets

• Coordinate with internal users and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations

• Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and budgets

• Oversee project progress and vendor deliverables

• Ensure delivery of IT projects on time and within budget

• Enforce compliance with company IT policies

• Handle onboarding/offboarding for IT systems (new hires and resignations)

応募資格

• コンピューターサイエンス、IT関連分野の学位または同等の実務経験

• Windows環境でのユーザーサポート経験（Windows10/11、Windows Server）

• ネットワークの基本的なトラブルシューティング経験

• 社内IT運用やPCサポートの実務経験

• プロジェクト管理・ベンダー管理のスキル

• 自律的に業務を進める能力

• 日本語：流暢、英語：ビジネスレベル以上

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience supporting IT operations in a Windows environment (Win10/11, Windows Server)

• Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting

• Project management and vendor coordination experience

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

• Business-level English and fluent Japanese
