主な職務内容

• USGAAPおよびSOXに準拠した月次／四半期／年次決算業務

• 外部委託によるA/P業務の管理

• US本社およびグループ各社との英語でのコミュニケーション（会議含む）

• 中間・年次の税務申告、関税処理、税理士事務所との調整

• グローバルレポーティングおよび業務改善への貢献

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in compliance with USGAAP and SOX

• Supervise outsourced A/P operations

• Collaborate regularly with U.S. headquarters and group companies (English communication required)

• Handle tax matters including mid-year and year-end filings, customs, and coordination with external advisors

• Support global reporting and contribute to accounting process improvements

応募要件

• 経理実務経験5年以上

• USGAAPおよびSOXに関する知識

• 日商簿記2級以上、BATICまたはUSCPA（科目合格含む）歓迎

• Excelスキル必須

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

• 海外出張に対応可能な方

• 大学(短大含む)専門学校卒業

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting

• Strong knowledge of USGAAP and SOX

• Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher; BATIC or USCPA (partial pass) is a plus

• Proficiency in Excel

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

• Open to occasional international travel
