業務内容

• 日本の事情やビジネス環境に合わせたローカルガバナンスやコントロールフレームワークの構築・導入
• 日本のコントロールプロセスの監督（ポリシー管理、新規事業構想承認（NBIA）、プロダクトサービス変更管理（PSCM）、外注先の監督など）
• ジャパンCOOが責任者となっている委員会の管理（議題の策定、資料の取りまとめ、議事録作成等）
• 日本の戦略企画・策定、実行、監視支援（日本の経営陣やCOO、各事業部門長のサポート）
• プロダクト・ビジネス・マネージャーやサポート部門の補佐、必要なインフラ/ITのサービスの確認・確保
• グローバルやリージョンのイニシアチブに協力すること（オフショア担当者と連携）
• 他のグループが主導する日本のイニシアチブのサポート
• 日本の経営に関連する規制や内部監査の問題の管理

An opportunity to work in the country management team at a global financial institution, working at the strategic level to ensure the long-term success of the business in Japan.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective local governance and control frameworks tailored to the region.
• Oversee local control processes, including Policy management, local New Business Initiative Approval (NBIA), Product Service Change Management (PSCM), and outsourcing oversight.
• Manage local committees owned or chaired by the COO, involving agenda formulation, materials compilation, and minutes-taking.
• Support the Senior Country Officer, COO, and Head of Businesses in developing, executing, and monitoring the country's strategy, while collaborating with Product Business Managers and their support functions to ensure infrastructure service levels align with business strategies.
• Collaborate with offshore counterparts to oversee regional and global initiatives for the location.
• Offer oversight for location-wide initiatives led by other groups and provide consultation as needed.
• Manage regulatory and internal audit issues related to Country Business Management.

必須条件

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（当局向け報告書や資料の作成ができるレベル）
• 英語上級（スピーキング含む）
• 金融業界や金融商品の知識
• 優れた分析力、問題解決力、プロジェクトマネジメント能力、タイムマネジメント力

Required skills

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese language skills, particularly the ability to write Japanese for materials sent to regulators. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of the financial industry and products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
