業務内容

• ローカルインフラ全般のセットアップ、ディストリビューション、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティング、サポート
• 具体的にはコンピューターワークステーション、ラップトップ、プリンター、モバイル機器、電話、会議室機器、ローカルエリアネットワーク（無線LANを含む）、その他のコンピューターおよび通信機器など。
• OS、マルチユーザーアプリケーション、エンドユーザーベース・アプリケーションソフトウェア（サイト固有の場合）の問題個所の特定、修正
• PC、ラップトップ、タブレット、モバイルデバイスのインストールとメンテナンス
• デスクの引っ越しや新オフィスのコンフィグレーション支援
• 現場でのサポートが必要な基本的なシステム運用作業（バックアップテープの管理、サーバーの再起動、LANパッチ、キャビネット管理など）
• 新BISサービスの設計・提供や既存BISサービスの拡張プロジェクトへの参画

Roles/Responsibilities

• Set up, distribute, maintain, troubleshoot, and support all kinds of local infrastructure, including computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, meeting room equipment, local area networking (including wifi), and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
• Identify and fix problems with operating systems, multi-user applications, and end-user-based application software (where site-specific).
• Install and maintain PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices, as well as assist with desk relocations and new office configurations.
• Perform fundamental system operations tasks needing on-site assistance, such as managing backup tapes, supervising server restarts, LAN patching, and cabinet administration.
• Participate in project teams to design and deliver new BIS services as well as to enhance existing BIS services.

必須条件

• Windows 7/10、MS Exchange、Office 365、モバイル技術、プリンター技術、DNS、DHCP、スイッチ、ルーターなどの実務知識
• ネットワーク、電話、モバイルデバイス、PCオペレーティングシステム、データベース、標準的なビジネスアプリケーション、及びこれらとデスクトップ、ラップトップ、サーバー、プリンターのコンピュータハードウェアとの相互作用についての専門知識
• 実装経験（技術面）、及びマイクロソフトとネットワーキング技術の知識
• 企業におけるテクニカルサポート業務経験3〜5年程度
• 日本語流暢（読み書き会話）
• 会話レベル以上の英語力
• ※栃木県でのオンサイト勤務が可能なこと

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the following technologies is required: Windows 7/10, MS Exchange, Office 365, mobile technology, printer technology, DNS, DHCP, switches, and routers.
• Strong understanding of networks, phones, mobile devices, PC operating systems, databases, and standard business applications, as well as their dependencies and interactions with desktop, laptop, server, and printer computer hardware.
• Technical implementation experience with a solid grasp of Microsoft and networking technologies.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, in a support capacity.
• Fluency in Japanese (including writing and speaking), conversational English or higher.
• Ability to work onsite in Tochigi, Japan.
