Finance Business Partner

Position Summary
The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and decision-making support to drive business performance. This role bridges finance and operations, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with commercial and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities for assigned business units.
- Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business drivers to support growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, business reviews, and management presentations.
- Support the month-end close process and ensure financial results are accurately reflected.
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate investments, projects, and commercial opportunities.
- Challenge assumptions and provide objective financial perspectives to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting business leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
