AI builder (Senior Director)

Partner with executive stakeholders to identify AI-driven business opportunities and align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives.
Facilitate AI strategy workshops and executive briefings, translating complex AI concepts into business value and actionable outcomes.
Assess AI maturity, organizational readiness, and operating capabilities to develop AI adoption strategies and transformation roadmaps.
Define AI operating models, governance frameworks, and prioritization approaches that balance business value, feasibility, and risk.
Build investment cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks that support AI adoption and business growth initiatives.
Shape end-to-end AI solutions and commercial approaches, including proof-of-concept initiatives and strategic proposals.
Lead consulting engagements, contribute to thought leadership activities, and support the development of AI-focused market strategies and client relationships.

Proven experience in AI strategy, AI-led transformation programs, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI governance, Responsible AI, and AI operating models.
Experience engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating workshops with senior decision-makers.
Strong ability to develop business cases, ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and investment proposals.
Experience designing AI roadmaps and transformation strategies from opportunity assessment through implementation.
Understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), cloud AI platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
Expertise in one or more industries such as insurance, mining, telecommunications, financial services, retail, transport, hospitality, public sector, or healthcare.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.
