Job Description
- Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Map business processes and design solution architecture
- Provide functional and technical guidance to implementation teams
- Drive program scope, schedule and deliverables
- Manage dependencies with internal teams and external parties, including product vendors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Required Skills
- 10+ years in IT, including consulting and implementation of package IT projects (15+ years preferred)
- Hands-on PLM Teamcenter administration experience
- In-depth knowledge of the SDLC process
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs
- Experience handling Japanese customers
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills across geographies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Japanese at JLPT N2 or above, with good written and spoken English
- Valid Japan work visa or Japanese nationality
