化学関連商社の企業にてJapanese Interpreter & Administrationの募集をしています。新規拠点立ち上げに伴う創設メンバーとして、日本人駐在員を支えながら幅広い管理業務や通訳業務を担当いただくポジションです。日本本社と現地関係者をつなぐ重要な役割を担い、会社運営や事業拡大に直接貢献できる環境です。立ち上げフェーズならではの裁量があり、多様な業務経験を積むことができます。
■職務内容
・日本人駐在員との通訳業務
・各種アドミン業務の対応
・日本本社および現地関係者とのコミュニケーションサポート
・スケジュール調整および出張手配
・各種資料作成および翻訳業務
・マーケティング活動のサポート
・貿易・物流関連業務のサポート、顧客訪問や出張同行など会社運営全般の支援
■応募要件
・JLPT N1またはN2レベルの日本語力
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・マラティ語でのコミュニケーション能力
・出張対応が可能な方
・通関、フォワーダー、物流会社、銀行の貿易金融部門、税関関連業務経験者歓迎
・商社勤務経験歓迎
・新規事業立ち上げ経験歓迎
・日本での就業経験歓迎
