会社概要：東証プライム上場のグループ企業で、多機能オフィス機器の製造を主力としている会社様です。本ポジションでは、アジア各国の販売会社・代理店および日本の関係部門と連携し、販売・収益計画の立案、PSI（生産・販売・在庫）管理、事業分析、業務改善などを担当していただきます。
仕事内容：
以下業務をお任せいたします。
・販売・収益計画の策定および進捗管理
・販売実績や在庫データの集計、分析、需要予測
・適正在庫の維持および供給課題への対応
・海外拠点や関係部署との各種調整、情報共有
・事業計画レポートや分析資料の作成
・業務効率化および改善提案の推進
応募資格：
【必要条件】
・PSI管理、Business Planning Analyst、営業、経理などの実務経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
・メーカーや商社での事業計画、需給管理経験
・販売予測、在庫適正化、計画と実績の差異分析に携わった経験
・海外拠点や関係部署との調整経験
・Excelや基幹システムを使用したデータ集計・分析経験
・業務改善、業務効率化に関する提案・実行経験
・チームマネジメントや部下の育成経験
