Job Description
Lead and manage a team of 4 members.
Drive sales growth and achieve annual business targets.
Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and building owners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.
Manage tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project follow-up.
Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in elevators, escalators, building systems.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, or project-based customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English.
