PR/120578 | Head of Manufacturing Digital Transformation (Campaign)

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive manufacturing digital transformation initiatives across multiple production sites. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the digital transformation roadmap, enhancing manufacturing and supply chain capabilities through technology, automation, data analytics, and operational excellence programs. 

The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate manufacturing innovation, improve operational performance, and establish best practices across the manufacturing network. 

• Develop and execute the manufacturing digital transformation strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities. 

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and related functions. 

• Drive ERP and manufacturing systems optimization to improve operational effectiveness.

• Lead initiatives involving MES, electronic batch records, production planning, inventory optimization, scheduling, and operational visibility solutions. 

• Improve manufacturing performance through automation, analytics, AI, and continuous improvement programs. 

• Standardize processes and establish best practices across manufacturing sites. 

• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive innovation and achieve measurable business outcomes. 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

• MBA or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Operations Management, or related disciplines is preferred. 

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and digital transformation leadership.

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments. 

• Strong leadership experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs. 

• Deep expertise in ERP and MES implementation and optimization. 

• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
