【概要】
日系船舶関連企業にて、Sales Operations Executive（Japanese Speaking）を募集しております。本ポジションは新設ポジションとなり、事業拡大に伴うSales機能強化を目的とした採用です。まずはスペアパーツ（Spare Parts）事業の営業サポートおよびオペレーション業務を担当いただき、将来的には新造船案件（New Building）やプロジェクト案件、新規ビジネス開発にも携わっていただきます。
営業活動だけでなく、受発注管理、貿易実務、物流調整、顧客フォローまで幅広く担当いただくため、商社営業、技術営業、物流・貿易関連経験をお持ちの方に適したポジションです。
【ポジション】
Sales Operations Executive (Japanese Speaking)
【仕事内容】
・スペアパーツおよび新造船案件（New Building）の営業プロセス全体の管理
・見積書作成およびTechnical Quotation対応
・受注処理および発注業務
・納期管理および出荷手配
・Invoice発行および請求業務
・顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・提出済み見積書のフォローアップ
・既存顧客および新規顧客との関係構築
・売掛金管理および未回収債権のフォロー
・船積書類作成（Invoice、Packing List、Delivery Order等）
・フォワーダーとの出荷調整
・輸出入関連業務
・各種営業レポート作成
・展示会への参加
・その他アドホック業務
【求める要件】
・Diploma以上
・5～6年以上の営業、営業事務、貿易実務、物流関連いずれかの実務経験
・日本語ビジネスレベル（日本本社とのやり取り、技術資料の確認のため）
・Technical SalesまたはTechnical Backgroundをお持ちの方歓迎
・Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）の使用経験
・新規市場開拓や事業拡大に興味をお持ちの方
【その他】
給与：SGD 3,500 ～ SGD 4,500（経験・能力に応じて決定）
Bonus：AWSあり、Variable Bonusあり
勤務時間：月曜日～金曜日、8:30～17:30
Probation：3ヶ月
Annual Leave：初年度14日
