１．フレーバーカプセル（ソフトカプセル）の品質保証業務全般
２．海外顧客との品質折衝、監査対応、改善要求への即応
３．製品品質・設計品質・工程品質の是正／予防措置の主導
４．ISO9001:2015に基づく品質マネジメントシステムの整備・運用
５．各種プロジェクトにおける品質保証リードとしての推進
※海外出張が年数回発生する可能性がございます。
６．品質リスク管理、変更管理、逸脱管理の高度化
７．社内関係部門（製造・技術・開発）との横断調整
８．顧客要求水準を満たすための品質基準・工程基準の再構築

Required Skills
必須要件・
1.英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション（会議・メール・監査対応、是正措置の説明）経験
2.製造業（食品・健康食品・医薬品・医療機器・化粧品など）での品質保証経験3年以上
3.以下ご経験のうち2つ以上に該当する方
・品質マネジメントシステムに関する実務経験
・FMEA等を用いたリスクアセスメント経験
・社内規程、標準書、手順書のレビューおよび改訂提案経験
・統計解析、工程能力評価経験（Cp/Cpk）
・品質改善プロジェクトのリード経験
歓迎要件・
・ソフトカプセルまたは類似剤形の品質保証経験
・海外顧客との品質折衝経験
・製造部門での実務経験（3年以上）
・6σ手法を活用した品質改善活動の実務経験
・統計解析ソフト使用経験
・課長級以上のマネジメント経験
・プロジェクトリーダー経験
・タバコ業界、香料業界、食品添加物業界での品質保証経験
