係長級（課長級候補）として、グループ全体のリスク管理の取りまとめおよび担当/主任レベルの後輩育成。
※海外子会社とのやり取りにおいて、会議やメールでの英語コミュニケーションあり
【担当業務の一例】
・TFSグループのリスクガバナンス整備（ポリシー・ガイドライン整備、自己点検運営）
・子会社リスク月報作成・レビュー、指標（KRI）モニタリングおよびPDCA
・グループリスク会議体の企画・運営および傘下サブコミッティー連携
・アジアパシフィック地域子会社のリスク管理機能監督およびサポート
・その他（個別案件への対応、若手育成も含む）
