【業務内容】

ミッションクリティカルなデータセンターの日常運用・保守を担い、無停止での稼働を支えていただきます。予防保全・突発対応、消防設備、機械・電気設備のサポート、環境関連のコンプライアンス対応などを担当します。

シフトリーダーとして、現場の技術者・ベンダー・協力会社を調整し、作業許可（高圧電気、消防設備停止、火気作業など）の発行・承認、チームの教育・育成、顧客との定例会議、技術・運用面の改善提案を行っていただきます。

Data Center Technician / Shift Lead

Location: Tokyo · Shift / day · Type: Permanent · Salary: Up to ¥8M

What you'll do

You'll manage daily operations and maintenance in a critical data center environment, keeping it running without interruption. That covers preventive and ad-hoc maintenance, fire safety, mechanical and electrical support, and environmental compliance.

As shift lead you'll coordinate technicians, vendors and contractors on site, issue and approve work permits (high voltage, fire isolation, hot work), train and develop your team, run client meetings, and suggest technical and operational improvements.

- Facility management experience in data centers or critical environments (power plants, factories, airports, hospitals, etc.)

- Business-level Japanese (N2+) or above

- Business-level English

Nice to have

- Knowledge of UPS, generators, CRAC and cabling

- Team leadership / shift lead experience
