Job Description
グローバルメーカーのマレーシア拠点にて、Finance & Accounts Managerを募集しています。単なる経理業務の管理ではなく、財務データをもとに経営陣へ提言を行い、事業成長を支える重要なポジションです。数字を集計するだけではなく、「なぜその結果になったのか」を分析し、改善策まで提案できる方を求めています。部下をマネジメントしながら、経営と現場をつなぐ役割を担っていただきます。
【業務内容】
月次・四半期・年次決算の管理
財務レポートおよび経営分析レポートの作成予算策定、キャッシュフロー管理、業績分析
経営陣への財務面からの提言・サポート
監査・税務対応および内部統制の強化
経理チームのマネジメント
各部門と連携した業務改善・プロセス最適化
【応募条件】
（必須）
会計またはファイナンス関連の学位
フルセット経理の実務経験
連結決算の経験
日本本社や海外本社向けレポーティング経験
マネジメント経験（3年以上）
ビジネスレベルの英語力
高い分析力および問題解決能
Excelを活用した財務分析経験
（歓迎）
ACCA、CIMA、CATなどの会計資格
IFRSの実務経験
J-SOX対応経験
BIツールの活用経験
日本語・中国語スキル
【勤務時間】
月～金曜日 8:30～17:30
土日祝休み
