Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production activities.

Execute operational and production plans, and take corrective actions when deviations occur.

Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Monitor production and operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency and target achievement.

Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Provide regular operational performance reports and support Directors in achieving business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree/Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including experience at Senior Manager level.

Preferably from Sheet Metal, Metal Fabrication, Precision Engineering, or related manufacturing industries.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and cost control.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Willing to be based in or relocate to Tangerang.
