Job Description
Our client is seeking an Electrical Control Leader to support automation and control system activities within a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on PLC programming, troubleshooting, machine improvements, and supporting production equipment reliability.
ResponsibilitiesPerform PLC programming, modification, and troubleshooting activities.
Support machine automation and electrical control system improvements.
Monitor and maintain sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
Analyze electrical and automation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve machine performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and production efficiency.
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Control, PLC, Automation, Sensors, or Industrial Control.
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of sensors, instrumentation, and industrial automation systems.
Good English communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
