ベトナム拠点の会計・税務・財務を統括し、日本本社との連結決算対応、工場原価管理、資金管理、監査対応を通じて経営を支援するポジションです
≪具体的な業務内容≫
・月次年次決算、予算管理
・原価計算、在庫管理など、製造業における管理会計業務
・ベトナムにおける税務対応、会計監査対応
・日本本社向けレポーティング、連結決算対応
・経理スタッフのマネジメント
・内部統制、コンプライアンス体制の整備
・人事・総務を含む管理部門全般の統括

≪必須要件≫
・製造業での経理・財務経験
・英語ビジネスレベル
・海外子会社管理経験
≪歓迎要件≫
・ベトナム勤務経験
・ベトナム税務・会計制度の知識
