Designation: Asst. Manager/Manager - Molecular Simulation Scientist, Materials R&D
Job Location: Noida
Educational Requirements: Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
Graduate of an IIT or equivalent institution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand R&D challenges through discussions with project stakeholders and research team members and identify opportunities where molecular simulation and digital technologies can accelerate materials development.
Analyze simulation and computational results, derive technical insights, and provide recommendations to support decision-making and accelerate materials innovation.
Evaluate emerging simulation methodologies, computational techniques, and advanced computing hardware (e.g., GPUs, HPC systems, and cloud computing platforms), and lead or support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to assess their potential value for R&D applications.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
