Job Description
Responsibilities of this Role
Training project delivery. Lead the delivery of leadership and HR training programs for Japanese multinational clients. Facilitate workshops, deliver training sessions, and manage program execution end-to-end.
HR system design projects. Lead consulting projects that design or overhaul client HR systems — performance management, competency frameworks, career architecture, and related areas. Manage project workstreams, conduct diagnostics, prepare deliverables, and present recommendations to senior client leadership.
Business development (inbound). Our client acquisition is inbound and relationship-driven — we grow through referrals, seminars, and warm introductions rather than push sales. You will respond to client inquiries, qualify prospects, prepare proposals, and convert conversations into engagements.
CEO partnership. You will work directly with our CEO on strategic priorities for the India business and serve as the on-the-ground leader when the CEO is traveling to Thailand, Japan, or elsewhere. You will own operational continuity — ensuring client commitments are met and the team is supported regardless of the CEO’s location.
