Demand Planner [デマンドプランナー 在庫計画 WFH週2日]

職務内容 (Job Responsibilities)

• 需要予測と供給計画の策定: 国内市場向けフットウェアおよびアパレルの需要予測（フォーキャスト）を策定し、販売計画に基づいた月次の供給計画・在庫最適化を推進。

• 需給バランスの管理と拠点間連携: 国内物流拠点（千葉・山梨など）と連携し、マルチチャネル（直営店・卸・EC）における在庫回転率の向上と欠品・滞留在庫のリスクを最小化。

• グローバル本社（US HQ）との連携: 月次のフォーキャスト差異（Variance）の分析および業績レポートを作成し、US本社とのS&OP会議にて英語での進捗報告・調整を主導。

Job Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning: Formulate product demand forecasts and monthly supply plans across footwear and apparel categories, driving inventory health in alignment with commercial targets.

• Supply-Demand Balancing & Logistics Alignment: Partner with distribution hubs (Chiba, Yamanashi, etc.) to manage stock velocity, optimize inventory allocation across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, and mitigate out-of-stock and obsolete stock risks.

• Global HQ Communication & S&OP Reviews: Analyze monthly forecast variances and lead English-language presentation decks for S&OP alignments directly with the US Global Headquarters.

Required Skills

応募資格・要件 (Basic / Core Requirements)

• 経験・スキル: 消費財（アパレル、フットウェア、小売、コスメ等）業界におけるデマンドプランニング、需給計画、または在庫管理の実務経験3年以上。大規模SKUの管理経験およびExcel／BIツールを用いた高度なデータ分析力。

• 言語力: 日本語ビジネスレベル以上、および英語ビジネスレベル（US本社との定期ミーティング、レポート作成、差異説明に対応できるレベル）。

Basic / Core Requirements

• Experience & Analytical Capabilities: 3+ years of demand planning, supply planning, or inventory control experience within consumer goods (apparel, footwear, retail, FMCG, cosmetics), managing large SKU portfolios with strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

• Language Proficiency: Business-level Japanese and Business-level English (capable of conducting forecast variance presentations and regular alignments with US Global HQ).
