翻訳・通訳案件について、お客様からのご相談受付から翻訳者や通訳の手配をコーディネートする仕事です。お客様と直接コミュニケーションを取り、お客様のご希望や課題を確認し、最適なスタッフをアサイン。また、既存のお客様へのフォローや新しい案件のご提案など、営業的な役割もお願いします。
翻訳・通訳 プロジェクトマネージャー
・クライアント対応（問い合わせ対応、打ち合わせ、見積り作成など）
・翻訳者や編集者への発注から納品までのスケジュール管理
・翻訳チェック、編集
・通訳派遣のコーディネーション（通訳、通訳機材の手配、見積など）
・客先への営業、折衝、翻訳者や通訳の手配、社内他部署との調整等
＊3か月間の試用期間あり／その後週1～２回までの在宅勤務も可能

- PCの基本操作ができる方（Word、Excel、メール等）
- 複数の案件について優先順位をつけて進行管理できる方
- 英語の資格（英検準1級、TOEIC800点以上、または外国人の場合N1以上）

- 法人営業、営業アシスタント、カスタマーサクセス、営業事務等の経験
- 翻訳会社・通訳会社・人材会社での勤務経験
- 翻訳・通訳のコーディネーション経験
- 英語以外の外国語スキル
- 新規営業・既存顧客営業の経験
- 人材派遣・人材紹介業界での経験
