Job Description
Partner with business leaders to execute the People Strategy and deliver a best-in-class employee experience across Japan.
Drive HR operational excellence, process improvement, compliance, and resolution of complex employee matters.
Provide trusted guidance to managers on employee relations, workforce planning, and employment law.
Use people data and organisational insights to inform decision-making and enhance business performance.
Lead employee engagement, culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Deliver HR projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with global Centres of Excellence.
