Regional FP&A Manager - (Hybrid, Flextime) - 15m - (Japanese and English required)
Overview
Our client, a global leader in healthcare, is hiring a Regional FP&A Manager. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with the CFO and local leadership to provide strategic financial insights and drive business results.
The position includes hybrid work with flextime and is based in central Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic planning for Japan and Korea.
- Advise leadership on budgeting, pricing, and financial decisions.
- Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and KPI governance.
- Partner with commercial teams and regional finance teams
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years finance experience in multinational companies
- Strong experience in FP&A
- Fluent in Japanese and English, written and spoken
- Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
