Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize store performance
• Utilize POS and CRM software to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years retail management experience in premium or luxury brands
• Business-level English proficiency, Business-level Chinese preferred
• Experience leading and developing retail teams
• Commercial mindset with focus on sales and profitability
• Experience working in smaller, international retail organizations
• Experience with inventory and stock management systems
• Familiarity with retail POS and CRM software
• Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs
• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and customer preferences
