ピュアサーモンジャパンでは、閉鎖循環式陸上養殖システム（RAS）の養殖施設で、水・飼料・魚のサンプル検査を担当するLab Technicianを募集しています。

日常的な検査および専門的な分析を行い、魚の健康と成長に関わる水質や検査結果を正確に把握することで、養殖場の運営を支えるポジションです。品質・安全基準を守りながら、自律的に業務を進め、関係者と協力して取り組んでいただきます。

【主な業務内容】

■ 検査・サンプル分析
・定められた手順に従い、水・飼料・魚のサンプルに対する日常的な検査および専門的な分析を実施
・水サンプルの調製および化学的・物理的特性の分析
・pH、溶存酸素、アンモニア、亜硝酸、硝酸、アルカリ度などの測定
・飼料サンプルの調製およびタンパク質、脂質、灰分、水分、その他の栄養成分の分析

■ 水質モニタリング
・水質項目を継続的に確認し、魚の健康と成長に適した環境を維持するため、必要に応じて調整を提案

■ 検査データ・記録管理
・検査データおよび結果を正確に記録・整理・保管

■ 分析機器・在庫管理
・分析機器を適切に維持管理し、正常に使用できる状態を確保
・実験室の消耗品や試薬の在庫を確認し、必要に応じて発注書を作成

■ 手順・安全・業務改善
・適用される安全衛生関連法令、社内方針および実験室の作業手順を遵守
・新たな検査プロトコルや作業手順の策定・導入を支援

【Job Summary】

Pure Salmon Japan is seeking a Lab Technician to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on water, feed and fish samples collected from a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) farm.

This role supports accurate monitoring of laboratory results and water quality conditions relevant to fish health and growth. You will work independently and collaboratively while maintaining laboratory quality and safety standards.

【Key Responsibilities】

■ Laboratory Testing and Sample Analysis
・Perform routine and specialized tests on water, feed and fish samples according to established procedures and protocols.
・Prepare and analyze water samples for chemical and physical properties, including pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and alkalinity.
・Prepare and analyze feed samples for protein, lipid, ash, moisture content and other nutritional parameters.

■ Water Quality Monitoring
・Monitor water quality parameters and recommend adjustments where necessary to maintain optimal conditions for fish health and growth.

■ Laboratory Records and Data Accuracy
・Accurately record, organize and maintain laboratory test data and results.

■ Laboratory Equipment and Inventory
・Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that it remains in good working order.
・Monitor laboratory supplies and reagent inventories, and prepare purchase orders when required.

■ Procedures, Safety and Continuous Improvement
・Comply with applicable health and safety regulations, policies and laboratory procedures.
・Assist in developing and implementing new laboratory protocols and procedures.

【スキル・資格 / Skills and Qualifications】

【必須条件】
・生物学、化学、水産養殖、または関連分野の学士号
・2年以上の実験室・分析業務の経験
・分析天びん、分光光度計、pHメーターなどの機器および実験室の作業手順に関する十分な知識
・優れた整理能力および記録管理能力
・細部に注意を払い、正確な記録を維持できること
・円滑なコミュニケーション能力とチームで協力して働く力
・自律的に業務を進め、期限に合わせて優先順位を付けられること
・適用される安全衛生関連法令および方針に関する知識

【歓迎条件】
・水産養殖業または農業分野における実験室・分析業務の経験

【Required Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Aquaculture or a related field.
・At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
・Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment, including analytical balances, spectrophotometers and pH meters.
・Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
・Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
・Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
・Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
・Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and policies.

・Laboratory experience in the aquaculture or agriculture industries.
