Job Description
The Utility & Building Maintenance Supervisor role supports the efficient and reliable operation of utility systems, facility equipment, and building services within a food manufacturing environment. The position also plans maintenance activities, supervises the maintenance team, and helps maintain appropriate safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure all utility and facility equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support daily operations
Monitor utility usage and conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance requirements
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities and supervise the maintenance team
Maintain safety standards and support the effective operation of mechanical and electrical systems
Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure availability when required
Experience in utility and building maintenance
Experience in the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
A company in the food manufacturing industry producing seasoning products in Indonesia. The organisation operates within an international manufacturing network and supports the production of food ingredients for the market.
