現在当社で国内でのオペレーション体制を構築するにあたり、弊社ソリューションを導入するお客様への　　　技術サポートをお任せできるロボティクスサポート担当を募集いたします。

このポジションは単なるフィールドサポートではなく、日本市場によりフィットするサービス開発のための　　技術改善にも携わっていただくポジションとなりますので、ロボティクス・メカトロニクスへの関心だけで　　なく、サービス開発への関心・実績をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしております。

As a pioneer delivering products and services that directly address key challenges in Japan’s logistics and manufacturing sectors, we are currently advancing partnerships and service implementations with major industry leaders.

As we establish and scale our domestic operations in Japan, we are seeking a dedicated Dep-Ops Engineer to deliver technical support for clients adopting our solutions. This role goes beyond standard field support; you will actively contribute to technical enhancements aimed at tailoring our services to the Japanese market. We welcome candidates who possess a passion for robotics and mechatronics, alongside a strong interest and proven track record in service development.

Key Position Highlights

• High Social Impact: Directly address pressing social challenges, such as labor shortages in the logistics industry and the "2024 problem," through state-of-the-art AI and automation technologies.
• Build Processes & Organization from Scratch: Play a direct role in creating frameworks and building organizational structure during this crucial phase of launching our Japan service operations from the ground up.

【主な業務内容】

• 障害対応・保守メンテナンス：稼働中ロボットの現地対応（修理・点検・ティーチング・改造）およびリモートでのトラブル解決
• 技術支援・トレーニング：顧客およびパートナー企業に対するメンテナンス講習や技術サポートの提供
• 運用体制の整備・管理：作業手順書や安全管理ドキュメントの作成、パーツ手配、フィールドエンジニアの派遣調整
• 品質・サービス改善：トラブルレポートの作成およびロボットの性能・オペレーションに関する改善提案

• Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance: Handle on-site activities (repair, inspection, teaching, modification, and retrofit) for active robots, as well as remote support for troubleshooting.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance, maintenance workshops, and operational support to clients and partner companies.
• Operational Setup & Management: Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety management documentation, manage spare parts fulfillment, and coordinate field engineer dispatching.
• Quality & Service Improvement: Prepare incident reports and propose enhancements regarding robot performance, product quality, and service operations.

応募要件

• ロボティクス・メカトロニクス・電子機器のエンジニアリング、もしくはフィールドサービス経験 

• ロボティクス・メカトロニクス、電子電気工学に関する技術的な基礎理解

• 普通自動車運転免許

• ビジネスレベル日本語力（外国籍の方は JLPT N2以上）

• 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

• Practical experience in engineering or field service for robotics, mechatronics, or electronic equipment.
• Fundamental technical understanding of robotics, mechatronics, and electrical/electronic engineering.
• Valid Japanese Driver’s License.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above for non-native speakers).
• Conversational level or higher English proficiency.

有ると望ましい経験・知識

• 産業ロボット検査に関わる実務経験

• ロボティクス・産業機器・電子電気・配線工事に関わる実務経験

• 機械・設備・電気などの安全管理に関する資格、経験、知識

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

• 電気工事士資格

• Practical experience in industrial robot inspection and teaching.
• Hands-on experience related to robotics, industrial equipment, electronics, or electrical wiring work.
• Qualifications, experience, or knowledge in safety management for machinery, equipment, or electrical systems.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Certified Electrician qualification.
