Job Description
（1）国内外における法令、業界コード、社内規則、ビジネスエシックスに基づくコンプライアンス活動全般のリード。
（2）コンプライアンスプログラムの企画・運営による全従業員のコンプライアンス意識の醸成、啓発、コンプライアンスの強化。
具体的には、
①社内規則の整備
②教育研修の実施
③内部通報制度の啓発・運用
④モニタリング（従業員意識調査の実施・フォローアップ）
（3）コンプライアンス問題の発生予防、問題発生時の適時適切な対応を通じたコンプライアンスリスクの最少化。
