Job Description
Responsibilities
・Deskside and end-user IT support (hardware, software, accounts)
・Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
・Device setup and management with Intune / SCCM
・Ticket handling and updates in an ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
・PC setup, replacements, moves and IT asset management
・Escalation to and coordination with global support teams in English

Required Skills
Requirements
・3+ years in helpdesk, deskside or desktop support
・Hands-on Windows and Microsoft 365 support experience
・Japanese: native or business level
・English: business level (daily communication with global teams)
・Able to work onsite in Nagoya 5 days a week
Preferred
・Intune, SCCM / MECM, Active Directory / Entra ID
・ServiceNow or another ITSM tool
・Experience supporting foreign-affiliated companies
