（１）職務内容
半導体レーザ（主にDFBレーザ）および半導体光アンプの構造設計、
評価、結晶成長、プロセス技術開発
（２）具体的にお任せする業務
顧客要求に基づいた半導体レーザの構造設計、プロセス技術開発の他、開発業務に付随する他部門との試作や評価の調整、将来に向けた要素技術開発

・TOEIC550点以上
・中国語が堪能な方
