■国内外の契約に関する審査・助言・交渉支援、紛争処理および社内・関係会社の教育など
※ご担当いただく案件により、海外出張が発生する場合もございます。
※経験の短いメンバーのリード・育成を行うこともあります。

【必須要件】
・ビジネスが直面する様々な法律問題への対応・各種契約の検討・訴訟・仲裁などの紛争処理対応などの法務関連業務経験5年以上
※建設請負・機器納入・EPC契約の対応経験があれば尚可
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC800点以上目安）

・M Aや合弁などの投融資案件の経験
・海外駐在経験
・社外弁護士との連携/コントロールの経験
・コンプライアンス関連業務
