Description
- PC・モバイル端末のキッティング、設定、交換対応
- 社内ユーザーからのIT問い合わせ対応および障害切り分け
- ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・ネットワーク関連のトラブルシューティング
- 海外ITチームやベンダーとの調整、エスカレーション対応
- ITマニュアル・FAQ作成、新入社員向けオンボーディング支援
